Return and Refund Policy
- Eligibility
- Eligible Returns & Exchanges: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt if the product has quality defects, is significantly inconsistent with the order description (e.g., wrong specifications or material), or there is an error in delivery or missing items caused by us or the logistics provider. For products supporting return without reason, returns are allowed on the condition that the product remains unused, with original packaging and accessories intact, and does not affect secondary sales.
- Non - Eligible Returns & Exchanges: Fresh and perishable goods, customized products, and virtual products (such as top - up cards) are not eligible for return or exchange unless there are quality defects. Returns will be rejected if the product has been used, damaged (not due to quality issues), or lacks original packaging or free gifts that affect secondary sales. Applications beyond the return and exchange period will not be accepted.
- Process
- Application: Submit a return or exchange request through the after - sales portal on the platform, fill in the order number and the reason for the return or exchange, and upload relevant vouchers such as photos of the defective product.
- Review: We will review your application within 1 - 3 working days and notify you of the result via text message or in - app notification.
- Return and Inspection: Please send the product back within 5 days after the application is approved. It is recommended to choose traceable logistics and keep the tracking number. We will complete the inspection within 3 - 5 working days upon receipt.
- Refund and Exchange: For eligible returns, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 1 - 3 working days after the inspection is confirmed. For exchanges, we will give priority to sending the same - model product. If it is out of stock, we will negotiate a refund or replacement with you.
- Shipping Fee Rules: Shipping fees for returns or exchanges caused by product quality defects or our mistakes will be borne by us. Shipping fees for returns without reason or those caused by personal reasons will be borne by you.
